“We are fast-tracking the completion of the clubhouse, which is now 80% complete. It should be ready soon,” said president and CEO Exequiel Robles of Sta. Lucia, project developer of the Jaka owned Splendido property.
Upon completion, the RR Payumo+Partners’ designed grand clubhouse would be a perfect complement to the 18-hole Greg Norman course masterpiece because its location has a vantage view point of the majestic vistas of the Taal Volcano and the Lake.
“These (course and clubhouse) are all part of the 62.5 ha golf component out of the vast 236 ha Splendido project which is slowly building a solid reputation as one of the best links in Tagaytay,” Robles said.
The clubhouse will feature facilities and amenities such as the golfers’ lounge with the picturesque Taal as the settings, pro shop, men’s and women’s locker rooms and a bag drop area.
