Sta. Lucia Signs Up With Surfield Development Corp
Sta. Lucia Realty Development Inc. and Orchard Property Management Corp. recently signed up with Surfield Development Corp. for the development of La Huerta Farms and Residences, a 500,000-sqm. property located in Calamba, Laguna. A mere eight kilometers, or less than 20 minutes from the Batino Exit of South Luzon Expressway, La Huerta’s development plans cover residential lots with the inclusion of a mini-zoo, an ostrich farm, a winery and a fine vineyard.
