How to Enroll a Biller

Enroll your bills online in the easiest, fastest, and most secure way possible with BPI Online. Take care of your monthly obligations with a few clicks or on the go.

Here’s how:

STEP 1: Log in to BPI Online and select “Other Services”

STEP 2: Select “Enroll Billers”.

STEP 3: Enter/select biller’s name and enter reference number. Click “Next”.

Note : For the Billers Name select STA LUCIA & DEV’T INC (SLRDB1)

Reference # will be provided by Sta Lucia Realty

STEP 4: Review details. Click “Confirm”.

STEP 5: Enter your One-Time PIN (OTP) and you’re done!

TIP: Never share your OTP with anyone.

HOW TO PAY BILLS USING BPI ONLINE or the new BPI Mobile App

Paying bills doesn’t have to be a hassle. You can do it wherever you are, whenever you need to, with any device. Plus, you can pay to over 600 bills payment merchants through BPI Online or the new BPI Mobile app.

Here’s how:

STEP 1: Log in to BPI Online or to the new BPI Mobile app and select “Payments/Load” > “Pay Bills” tab.

STEP 2: Fill in the details.

STEP 3: Confirm the details and enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) then select “Submit”.

TIP: Never share your OTP with anyone.
