A. 15% Down payment

Payable outright to 7 days with 15% discount on the 15% DP

Payable in 30 days with 12% discount on the 15% DP

Payable in 6 months with 5% discount on the 15% DP

Payable in 12 & 18 months with no discount

B. 85% Balance

Option 1 : Payable in 3 years straight, no interest( Applicable to outright 7 to 60 day DP Term Only)

Option 2 : Payable in 2 years straight, no interest (Applicable to all DP Terms)

Option 3 : Up to 10 years @ 10% interest per annum with 1st year no interest
